The National Agency for the Promotion of Inclusive Finance (ANPFI) organized a Consultative Framework on Digital Finance (CCDF), session 2025. This meeting took place on Monday, July 28, 2025 in Ouagadougou

Placed under the theme “artificial intelligence and digital finance: opportunities and risks”, the CCDF 2025 aims to present the objectives pursued as well as the expected results of the organization of the 2025 session of the consultation framework on digital finance. In reality, digital finance represents an opportunity to create added value and to broaden the scope of coverage of populations in terms of access to financial services.

The Director General of the National Agency for the Promotion of Inclusive Finance (ANPFI), Wango Fidèle Yaméogo indicated that the theme is part of a current situation marked by profound changes in the way in which financial services are designed, delivered and regulated.

The technical advisor to the minister in charge of the economy, Souleymane Nabolé believes that the Digital Finance Consultation Framework (CCFD) “is at the same time a forum for strategic thinking, a force for proposals, and a lever for coordination between the various actors. This meeting goes beyond a simple consultation session. It is the discreet but powerful appeal of an ideal: that of finance at the service of people and of technology that illuminates the paths of inclusion, without ever leaving anyone in the shadows.” The CCFD was marked by the launch of Warikalan by Tao Tao Money, shared mobile banking platforms

Warikalan is a financial education platform, aimed at equipping populations with the knowledge they need to better manage their finances. This tool will allow citizens to access adapted information and training at any time and in any place.

TaoTao Money, on the other hand, is a shared mobile banking platform, supported by the Professional Association of Decentralized Financial Systems (APSFD). Its aim is to modernise the systems of microfinance institutions, facilitating access to digital financial services for a wider audience, especially in rural areas
