The president of the Commission to Combat Economic, Financial and Fiscal Delinquency (COLDEFF) of Niger indicated after an audience with the Nigerien Head of State that the institution recovered nearly 43 billion CFA francs (about 69.8 million US dollars) as of 19 April.
