Three major events have been announced by the UEMOA Commission's Department for Business Development for Mining, Energy and the Digital Economy for next November. A national workshop was organized on October 6 last year as a prelude to these meetings.

A hotel receptive in Abidjan-Plateau to serve as a shelter for a national workshop to inform and mobilize actors held last Friday. The aim of this workshop is to mobilize and inform stakeholders. On the occasion of his meeting, the Resident Representative of the Commission of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) in Abidjan, Gustave Diasso, presented the various meetings.

These include the UEMOA Businessmen's Forum coupled with the UEMOA Quality Award, which is scheduled to take place from 16 to 19 November in Dakar. Then the International Mining, Energy and Hydrocarbons Exhibition and the Donors' Roundtable, which will be held from 27 to 29 November 2023, at the Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire. According to the UEMOA Resident Representative, “the organization of these various events testifies to the Commission's desire to strengthen the economic integration process and promote sustainable development in our community space
