The IMF will thus disburse 600 million dollars once the executive board approves this contract
.The IMF, which will disburse 600 million dollars for Ghana, has indicated that this agreement must still be “subject to approval by the IMF management and the Executive Board.” The agreement will bring to approximately $1.2 billion the amount already released under a financial assistance program worth a total of $3 billion over 36 months, decided in May 2023
