The Council of Ministers of Côte d'Ivoire, which was held on Wednesday, September 13, under the presidency of the Head of State, Alassane Ouattara, adopted a decree establishing, attributions, organization and functioning of a national quality assurance agency of L& rsquo; higher education and research, abbreviated ANAQ-ESR

Côte d'Ivoire is part of the reform program initiated in the higher education sector to set up ANAQ-ESR, which is a national agency for quality assurance in higher education and research. According to the Board, the Agency's role is to ensure standards and standards in the sector. The Council's final communiqué states that the agency “has, more specifically, the mission of evaluating and accrediting training, research activities and public and private higher education and research institutions, with a view to guaranteeing the quality of teaching, research and innovation”.
