Sponsored by the financial giant FBNBank, the 2023 edition of the Ghana National Youth Conference ended on September 3 at the Athletic Oval of the University of Ghana in Legon. On the occasion, FBNBank demonstrated its commitment to the country's youth

“Reformed Youth, Reformed Ghana”, was the theme around which the National Youth Conference, which is a development program aimed at training young people for the socio-economic development of Ghana, was focused. The vision of the program is to encourage hard-hearted youth through leadership training that should be acquired as next-generation leaders. The CEO of the National Youth Authority, Pius Enam Hadzide, said that “the National Youth Conference aims to honor Ghanaian youth as the architects of Ghana's destiny. As a young and privileged person who has been given the task of overseeing the country's youth sector, I am delighted to join in such attention to the significant contribution of youth to national and global development, as well as to its overall development and growth.”
