oversubscription to the tune of 41.3 billion CFA francs for 40 billion CFA francs. A plebiscite that confirms
the international attractiveness of NSIA's offering and reflects the demand for profitable investment offerings
and accessible to investors.
The public offering, which ran from February 7 to March 6, 2020 and for which the Fonds Commun de
Securitization of Loans NSIA BANK (named FCTC NSIA BANK 7% 2020-2025) has obtained
the approval of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) on 21 January
2020, focused on the issuance of bonds for a total amount of 40 billion CFA francs. This is 4,000,000
securities (bonds), with a nominal value of 10,000 CFA francs, with a maturity of 60 months and a rate
annual return of 7%. A profitability that, combined with its financial and geographical accessibility,
explains its attractiveness, noted by the high subscription rate. More than two<-thirds of the funds were >
collected outside the African continent, with subscribers coming mainly from the United States,
Switzerland, France and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
