Orabank Togo launched on Monday, July 26, 2021, a reliability operation for an update of its customer database. Objective, to better know its customers and better segment them in order to offer them services better adapted to their needs.

 

Leader on the Togolese market, Orabank Togo continues its actions to improve its services and benefits, and to better satisfy its customers. The initiative is justified by several elements. "In a context of digital transformation, the customer remains at the center of our concerns. We are resolutely committed to serving you better and inviting you to participate massively in this operation because the continuous improvement of the quality of services and services requires the updating of customer data". It is through these words that Mr. Guy Martial AWONA, CEO of Orabank Togo, launched the operation to make the bank's customer database more reliable through a press release. Scheduled from 26/07/2021 to 25/09/2021 simultaneously throughout the network of 40 branches of Orabank Togo, this campaign guarantees strict compliance with the confidentiality clauses that bind the bank to its customers. "Our customer base is more than 200,000 customers today and it comes from a long time. We are a bank that has been operating for a few decades already, and we need to update the data concerning our countries," said Michel Kofi Dorkenoo, Deputy CEO of Orabank Togo.

The operation, which therefore concerns all customers of the bank, has several advantages for all parties. It allows, on the one hand, the bank to comply with regulatory standards, and especially to have easy access to its customers. On the other hand, they will now have more services that meet their needs, and will no longer have to spend more time at the counters. This allows them, after all, to "avoid doing in an hour, two hours or even three hours, what they can do in a few minutes". And to carry out this operation, the leaders of Orabank Togo call for a "cooperation of customers" to collect the current data concerning them. However, says the bank, this information only relates to telephone numbers, e-mail and geographical addresses.
