On February 14, 474 young people signed an employment contract with the company Admec-CTIB. It was within the framework of the Azoli system of the Youth Inclusion Project (ProDiJ

).

At the end of an 8-month apprenticeship, nearly 500 young people signed an employment contract with the company Admec-CTIB. The certification and signature ceremony took place at the Cotonou Convention Center, under the presidency of the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises and Employment Promotion, Modeste Tihounté Kérékou. These young people signed their first employment contract after 8 months of apprenticeship and internship at the COPAO Center in Ouidah. They received training at the company Admec-CTIB; a company specialized in the manufacture, assembly, repair and maintenance of street lamps and other by-products

.

In reality, these young people benefited from component 1 of the Youth Inclusion Project (ProDiJ) initiated and financed by the Government of Benin with the support of the World Bank. It includes the “Azoli” system, and consists in offering an opportunity for paid employment or self-employment to young people with little or no education with a maximum level of BEPC and aged between 18 and 30 years old
