The implementation of the national digital transformation project is being started by the Sierra Leone Ministry of Information and Communications thanks to a $50 million grant obtained from the World Bank . Scheduled for a period of five years, the project should ensure access to broadband connectivity for all, the improvement of digital skills and the provision of digital services by the government.
