On the sidelines of the work of the round table on "the effectiveness of public policy in the light of programme budget reform and the COVID-19 pandemic", the African Centre for Higher Studies in Management (CESAG) and the Centre for Analysis and Capacity Building of Togo (CADERDT) concluded a strategic partnership. The objective is to develop and implement training and capacity building actions for the benefit of development actors but also to support the reform of the programme budget in the sub-region.

Identify the levers available to the public administrations of the States, to consolidate the reform of the programme budget in the WAEMU area, with a view to improving the effectiveness of public policies for post-COVID-19 economic recovery, this is the main objective that brought together, for three days, & agrave; Lomé, researchers and budget professionals, as well as members of the Community area finance committees. On the sidelines of the work, the Director General of the African Center for Higher Studies in Management (CESAG), Balibié Serge Auguste Bayala, and the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Capacity Building of Togo (CADERDT), Odilia Gnassingbé, signed a framework collaboration agreement, in order to respond, in an effective and efficient manner, to the capacity-building needs of development actors through training, research, implementation, evaluation and formulation of public policies, but also through the advice that their institutions can give in the decision-making of governments.
