The BRVM launched the second edition of the "BRVM FINTECH INNOVATION CHALLENGE". This competition aims to select talented project initiators who will benefit from support to implement their projects in its "BRVM Fintech Lab" laboratory.
It is open to young talents, individuals aged 18 to 40 or startups established in the UEMOA region, who are initiators of innovative Fintech projects in order to implement them through the digital technologies laboratory of the BRVM "BRVM Fintech Lab”.
The BRVM would thus like to support the sub-regional financial system in innovation and anticipation of future disruptions and contribute to the development of digital Startups specialized in Fintech.
A jury made up of specialists in the fields concerned will select the four (04) best projects identified as being the most innovative and capable of meeting real business challenges in the financial services sector. Successful candidates will have a period of 6 to 12 months to carry out their projects in the BRVM laboratory.
For the second edition, candidates will have to propose projects related to Blockchain technology, Data analytics, innovations in banking and payment services, securitization of assets and their digitization, security of financial services.
The period for receiving applications is from July 2 to 31, 2019.
