Production amounts to 28,256,600 tons against 31,372,600 tons for the 2019/2020 campaign. This represents a drop of 3.116 million tonnes. Among the most important cereal productions in 2020/2021 are those of Mali (9.683 million tonnes, or -6.5% compared to 2019/2020)
