The Italian Development Finance Institution (CDP) has granted an initial loan of 100 million euros to Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), the leading provider of d& solutions rsquo; infrastructure on the African continent, to facilitate investments in renewable energy, energy efficient projects, and climate-resilient infrastructure. The funding will be used to finance renewable energy projects and the construction of sustainable infrastructure in Africa, according to a CDP press release published on Wednesday, 31 August.
