Following the analysis of the National Development Program, the World Bank asked Togo to reduce its customs fees to allow private companies, drivers of development and suppliers of 60% of NDP financing, to revive in this period of Covid 19.
The Togolese Revenue Office therefore has the obligation to reduce the administrative and financial penalties of economic operators in the private sector, so that they can overcome the harmful effects of Covid-19 and contribute validly to the success of the PND.
This recommendation of the World Bank is to be to the liking of this body responsible for replenishing the coffers of the State.
