The head of government received in audience the Director General of the Regional Stock Exchange during which they spoke on the issue of the revival of the national economy.

 Friday, December 4, 2020 in Lomé. Dr. Edoh Kossi Aménounvé, the boss of the BRVM, accompanied by several personalities, went to the Primature and met the owner of the premises.

The visitor presented to Mrs. Victoire Tomegah-Dogbé the roadmap of the scholarship supposed to accompany the Togolese government in the future. The project to build a branch of the Regional Stock Exchange in Togo was discussed.

"We also talked about the long-term financing of the Togolese economy for both the Togolese State and the private sector, ensuring that the financial market can support the State and the private sector in financing major development projects," remarks made by Dr. Edoh Kossi Aménounvé at the end of the meeting.

The Director General of the BRVM also confided that they "talked about the development of popular shareholding in Togo, how to ensure that Togolese within the framework of the social and financial inclusion policy can participate in the life of Togolese companies by becoming shareholders and ensure that the wealth created by companies can also be shared with the populations".

Mr. Aménounvé left the Prime Minister in the belief that the policy of digitalization of economic activities decided by the Togolese government in this period of the coronavirus pandemic will be a real asset for economic recovery.
