For the president of the rating agency Bloomfield Investment Corporation, we must rebuild our value chains to be resilient to shocks. Interviewed on the sidelines of the third edition of the Financial Afrik Awards, Stanislas Zézé calls for a new development model in line with our African realities. Like most of the speakers at this financial and economic forum that took place on December 17 in Dakar, the head of the rating agency is of the opinion that Africa must equip itself with national and regional champions.

About Stanislas Zézé

Financier of the Year in 2018, at the first edition of the Financial Afrik Awards, Stanislas Zézé holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in financial risk management and strategic planning for economic development from the University of Michigan and the Institute of Political and Economic Sciences of Eastern Michigan University.

Also holding a degree in business law from the University of Nantes in France, Stanislas Zézé has worked in several institutions. Senior Risk Analyst at the World Bank (Washington), Project Director at the International Institute for the Economy (Washington), the Ivorian financier has also worked at the National Bank of Detroit, Ann Harbor, Michigan, as Director of SME and SMI Risks, at the African Development Bank as Senior Country Credit Officer and at Shell Oil Product Africa, as Regional Credit Risk Director for West and Central Africa.

 
Stanislas Zézé has been the initiator, since 2017, of the concept of the Bloomfield Country Risk Conferences, the 4th edition of which will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire.
