Le vendredi 9 Décembre 2022 s' est ouvert le sommet des Heads of State and Government of the member countries of the Organisation des Etats d' Afrique, des Caraïbes et du Pacifique ( OEACPA) in Luanda (Angola).

Eight heads of state participated in the work of the summit of heads of state. Togo was represented by Robert Dussey, its head of diplomacy. Indeed, the OEACP includes 79 countries. Its follow-up act is the Georgetown Agreement, signed in 1975 with the main objective of the sustainable development of É member states and their gradual integration into the économie global. The debates were dominated by the challenges of climate change, economic diversification, and peace and security for two days under the presidency of Angola
