Household appliance company Scanfrost announced at Lagos the appointment of Hilda Baci as the new ambassador of her brand. Hilda Baci is the chef and culinary entrepreneur, listed in the Guinness Book of records.

Baci is said to have recently set a new record for Guinness World for the largest portion of Nigerian-style jollof rice, weighing 8,780 kilograms (19,356 lb 9 oz) according to PUNCH. Scanfrost said that the inspiring story of the chef, made of passion, excellence and perseverance, fits perfectly with its values of reliability, of innovation and quality.
