A press release from broker Peel Hunt published on Monday 1 st September 2025 indicates that two major shareholders of Ithaca Energy PLC plan to sell a total of 33 million shares in the company.

DKL Energy Ltd owns 52% of the capital of this oil and gas company focused on the North Sea. While Eni UK Ltd, shareholder with 37%, intend to sell these shares which represent approximately 2% of the issued share capital of Ithaca. The price per Action will be fixed as part of an accelerated bookbuilding process orders from institutional investors.

Delek is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delek Group Ltd, while Eni UK is an indirect subsidiary wholly owned by Eni Spa. At Monday's closing price, set at 235.50 pence on the stock exchange of London, the sale would represent around 77.7 million pounds sterling.
