The General Delegation for Women and Youth Entrepreneurship DER/FJ and the Minister of Digital Economy and Telecommunications, Yankhoba Diatara signed a Partnership Agreement with this Friday, March 12, 2021 to provide solutions youth unemployment and underemployment.

This partnership agreement aims to synergize means of action for the promotion of youth employment in digital technology, mutual assistance between the structures to achieve their respective objectives and collaboration to organize events in relationship with the promotion of youth employment in the digital sector.

The execution of this agreement will establish the development of several projects that create business opportunities and generate thousands of digital jobs.

The Minister asked the DER to be much more reactive and close to young people and to move towards a simplification of procedures to solve the problem that young people encounter in the processing of their projects.

Yankhoba Diatara announced key measures aimed at moving towards local management mechanisms on employment policy, but also for effective support for the employability of women and young people in the digital and telecommunications field.
