The 2021 budget of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Dakar (Cciad) down 23.64% was adopted on Monday. It stands at 1 billion 993 million 303 thousand 966 CFA francs.

In the budget session, the members of the General Assembly of the Cciad  voted "unanimously" the 2021 budget adopted to the tune of 1 billion 993 million 303 thousand 966 francs Cfa.
For the president of the Cciad, Abdoulaye Sow, the budget is characterized by prudence and realism due to the situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic which caused a decline of 23.64% compared to 2020. The budget was also marked by the rationalization of expenses related to travel, fuel, telephone....
The priority actions included in this annual budget are, among others, the continuation and finalization of "prior investments (Studies, search for technical and financial partners, etc.) for the construction of the new Headquarters of the Cciad". It is envisaged to "complete the second phase of the Business Intelligence and Intelligence Framework Project (Peevie Phase II)"; before "starting phase 1 of the Project to Support Companies in Business Intelligence and Intelligence (Peevie); the activities of the Defi-Archipelago Project".
