The Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 21, 2020, appointed Ms. Eveline Tall as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CGF Bourse. Ms. Tall paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Gabriel Fal, founder of CGF Bourse and CGF Gestion for his exemplary career in Finance, first as a banker and then in the activities of the financial market. She thanked all the directors and shareholders and congratulated the General Management of CGF Bourse for their leadership.

Eveline Tall has more than 35 years of professional experience in the field of Banking and Finance with strategic and operational leadership skills. She has recognized expertise in the fields of Corporate Development and Governance. Ms. Tall has had to work competently in complex and volatile environments.

A business executive, Ms. Tall began her career at Citibank Dakar where she held several senior positions for 16 years. She then joined a Pan African bank, Ecobank, present in thirty-four (34) countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and contributed to its growth for 19 years. She held, among other things, the positions of Chief Executive Officer of Ecobank's banking subsidiaries in Mali and then in Senegal, Regional Director WAMU for the Group. Ms. Tall left the Ecobank Group in 2017 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group, having overseen for six (6) years the Chief Executive Officers of thirty-three (33) Ecobank's banking subsidiaries in Africa as well as the Group's Internal Control and Compliance, and Supervisor Relations.

In her various roles in the Ecobank Group, Ms. Eveline Tall was for twelve (12) years a director representing the holding company Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) in its subsidiaries in West Africa, Cameroon, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Zimbabwe. Ms. Tall currently serves on the Board of Directors of two pan-African bank holding companies (BGFI Holding and Coris Holding) and five other international companies or organizations. She sat on the Economic and Social Council of Senegal as President of the Economy, Trade and Outlook Commission from 2010 to 2013. Eveline TALL is very involved in improving the business climate in Africa, financial inclusion and women's economic integration. Eveline Tall was distinguished Knight of the National Order of the Lion of Senegal.
