From December 1 ^to 6, 2025 is the news edition of the Compliance Week of the Ciments De Guinee company, located in the municipality of Kagbelen.

Placed under the theme “Let's perform with Integrity: Building a Culture of Compliance to Anchor Excellence”, Compliance Week brought together managers, employees, partners and experts around the culture of ethics and compliance. The event organized within the cement plant, marks the start of six days of exchanges, panels and activities focused on the promotion of good ethical practices within the company and throughout its ecosystem.

According to Bangoura Naby Moussa, legal director and compliance of Ciments de Guinée, “It is a week that is placed under the seal of excellence and compliance with our legal texts, that they either national or international. Compliance is a culture here. Our objective is to reiterate key messages to our employees, our business partners and all stakeholders.”

For Fofana Mohamed Lamine, senior lawyer at within the company, this week represents a key moment of encounter between the company and its direct environment. For him, it's about: “launch official of our compliance week, a moment that brings employees together, subcontractors, neighbourhood committees, local authorities and evolving partners in related sectors. The objective is to exchange on best practices in order to avoid any situation that compromises integrity.”

Through panels, training and exchanges, the company Ciments De Guinee intends to show that it remains faithful to its approach of continuous improvement, while contributing to the construction of an environment healthy economic for Guinea.
