The NSIA Group announced, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, the official change of name of its management company and intermediation (SGI). NSIA Finance which becomes NSIA Capital.

NSIA Finance's name change translated a desire to clarify and structure its investment center. The NSIA Group intends to set up a solid financial platform, capable to raise more capital and to play a greater role in financing African economies. The aim is to strengthen coherence of its activities while improving the readability of its offer to investors and institutional partners.

According to Max-Alphée Djecketh, CEO of NSIA Capital, “This new name reflects the will of NSIA Capital. to develop investment, consulting and financing professions, while optimizing the performance of its clients' portfolios and by offering innovative, efficient investment and financing solutions and adapted to the realities of our sub-region.”

The company also aims to offer innovative solutions adapted to the realities of the sub-region, taking takes into account the specific needs of local economic actors.
