The Gabonese commercial reinsurance company, the “SCG-Ré” is committed to making employees of the Gabonese Strategic Investment Fund (FGIS) actors in the growth, balance and profitability of the company. Thus, the company provides 25,000 shares of the 250,000 new shares issued through a public offering, with a 10% discount on the nominal value of the share.

The “SCG-Ré” provides employees in the FGIS galaxy with 25,000 shares of 250,000 new shares issued through a public offering, at a discount of 10% on the nominal value of the share. It thus allows employees in the galaxy to pay 18,000 per share. In other areas, this is an opportunity for employees to become employee-shareholders, in return for the subscription of a minimum of 10 shares per person in the amount of 180,000 francs instead of 200,000 CFA francs. The announcement was made on October 7 by the CEO of SCG-Ré, Dr. Andrew Gwodog.

Note that the transaction worth 5 billion CFA francs is part of the SCG-Ré 2022-2027 Strategic and Development Plan. The number of shares to be issued on the market is 250,000, at a unit price of 20,000 FCFA.
