The Congolese government announced Wednesday 3 Last September that the Qatari investment company Al Mansour Holding wants to invest 21 billion dollars in the Democratic Republic of Congo (GROUND FLOOR).

As part of a tour of the continent African, the founder of the group and a member of the royal family in Qatar, the Sheikh Mansour bin Jabor bin Jassim Al Thani, paid a visit to Kinshasa, capital of the DRC. During his encounter with the Première Congolese minister Judith Suminwa, the Qatari delegation presented a “letter of intent for an investment of nearly 21 billion of dollars” in the DRC, according to a press release. The document states that “this strategic partnership between the private company Al Mansour Holding, the State of Qatar and the DRC”.
