 This loan should make it possible to finance SMEs-SMIs in the WAEMU space, including Togo.
 The agreement was signed in Lomé between Bashir Mamman Ifo, the president of the institution, and Abdoulaye Kouafilann
 Sory, CEO of Fidelis Finance.
 'Our leitmotif is to finance the investment projects of SMEs-SMIs throughout the region. We have
 Burkinabé companies that also operate in Togo with financing from which they
 benefit from us," Sori said.
 With specific regard to Togo, Fidelis is interested in promising projects in transport, health and
 services, in particular.
 EBID has already lent 10 billion to this bank. This sum made it possible to grant loans for the
 implementation of 1,200 projects in Burkina, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali and Togo.
 Fidelis Finance is a credit institution of a banking nature registered on the list of establishments
 banks of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA).
 The institution specializes in banking operations for the financing of the productive equipment of
 businesses, in this case SMEs/SMIs.
 For twenty years, it has been offering financial services adapted to the needs
 investments and cash (working capital) of companies: leasing, credit, Rental
 with purchase option (LOA), long-term rental (LLD), factoring, bill discounts, guarantees
 and payment guarantees.
 Its shareholding is made up of institutions such as the African Development Bank ( ADB ), the
 West African Development Bank (BOAD), the Bank for Investment and Development of the
 ECOWAS (EBID), the African Solidarity Fund (ASF), the Netherlands Finance Company
 development (FMO), Africa capital partners (AfriCapital), the Burkinabè Development Fund
 economic and social (FBDES) and the Sunu Assurances Group.
