On Friday, September 30, 2022, the president of the National Association of Municipalities of Benin (ANCB) and vice-president of the Council of Territorial Collectivities of the Economic Union and West African Monetary Fund (Cct-Uemoa) was received in audience by the Ambassador of Qatar to Côte d'Ivoire, Jaber Jarallah Masoud Al-Meri.

The vice-president of the Council of Territorial Collectivities of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (Cct-Uemoa), Luc Atrokpo discussed with the diplomat on D& projects rsquo; support for basic social services. The areas covered are: hydraulics, sanitation and market services in the Niger-Burkina Faso and Mali-Côte d'Ivoire-Burkina Faso border areas, which have already been the subject of negotiations with the Qatar Charity NGO in Ouagadougou.
