The capital of Chad, N'Djamena welcomed from 27 to October 31, 2025, a training workshop on the use of images linked to Harmonized Household Living Conditions Surveys (EHCVM). Les activities are part of the Project Harmonization Project for the Harmonization of Statistics in Central Africa (STAT-CEMAC).

The current training workshop aims to strengthen capacities of actors involved in collection, management and exploitation data, in order to better decision-making at the regional level. En Indeed, one of the major axes of the National Development Plan (PND) “Chad Connection 2030” relies on the availability of quality data to ensure monitoring public policies and measuring economic performance and social. Thus, the realization of the EHCVM meets this objective by providing accurate indicators on poverty, inequalities, and the assessment of public policies.

This initiative confirms the will of Chad and its partners to build a solid statistical ecosystem that guarantees decisions enlightened and for sustainable and inclusive development.
