The General Manager of Dici Real Estate, Amon Julien Koffi, has accused the Société Ivoirienne de Banque (SIB) of being responsible for the disappearance of CFAF 40 billion.

According to several Ivorian newspapers, Dr. Amon Julien Koffi, the CEO of Dici Real Estate, said that transfers from European banks worth 60 million euros or CFAF 40 billion were made to accounts opened at the SIB. He stressed that this amount, which was to be used for a construction project of 4,500 housing units in Bingerville in the District of Abidjan, has suddenly disappeared. Following this observation, the Ivorian entrepreneur accused the subsidiary of the Attijariwafa Bank group of being at the base. The SIB declares itself innocent in the face of the situation.
