The management company is pinned by the AMF Sanctions Committee. Perial AM was fined €250,000 for breaches of its professional obligations between 2016 and 2019.

The penalty has been halved from the €500,000 initially required. The management company is pinned on four points: a building valuation procedure deemed incomplete and not very operational, promotional documents (commercial brochure, promotional videos and communications on social networks) containing unclear information, inaccurate or misleading, various failures in the conflict of interest management framework, and several failures related to the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing (AML-CFT) framework. Deficiencies that have since been corrected and that have not been the subject of any disciplinary action. Perial AM asserted that no partner, investor, unitholder or policyholder had been harmed and that no profit had been derived from the above-mentioned breaches.
