The application for certification must include the first and last names, the postal address, the taxpayer account number, the telephone number and the place of residence.

This request is supported by the following documents: a photocopy of the national identity card or biometric passport; proof of payment of taxes and duties for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 to which the applicant is subject depending on the nature of the profession or activity carried out; the salary slips of the months of December 2017, 2018 and 2019 for civil servants and employees in the private sector: pension and/or life annuity slips for the months of December 2017, 2018 and 2019 for retirees and a duly informed technical sheet, to be collected from the Base Operations Directorate (Doa).

"The certificate is issued under the exclusive signature of the director general," the statement said. To this end, candidates are invited to send their request for certification to the Directorate of Plate Operations located in Marcory.

The Director General of Taxes points out that in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of Ordinance No. 2020-356 of 8 April 2020 revising the Electoral Code, the declaration of candidacy must be accompanied by a Certificate of regularity of tax situation.
