The Secretary General of the Republic, Stanislas On Wednesday 8 October in Lomé, Bamouni Baba announced the 27 ministers, including 10 Deputy Ministers of the Prime Government of the 5 Republic.

Kodjo Sévon-Tépé Adédzé, Minister of Development of Territory, Urbanism and Housing; Mama Omorou, Minister of National Education; Badanam Patoki, Minister of Economy and of Strategic Watch; Ms. Martine Moni Sankaredja, Minister of Solidarity, Gender, Family and Child Protection are joined the new government team.

Former government ministers keep their portfolio, in particular Essowè Georges Barcola, Minister of Finance and of the Budget; Prof. Robert Komlan Edo Dussey, Minister of Foreign Affairs, of Cooperation, African Integration and Togolese from outside; Ms. Cina Lawson, now Minister for Public Service Efficiency and Digital transformation.

For his part, Colonel Calixte Batossie Madjoulba remains Minister of Security, and Antoine Lékpa Gbegbeni is maintained minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal Resources and Sovereignty food, just like Colonel Hodabalo Awate at the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Local Governance and Business customary. Ms. Yawa Kouigan retains the Ministry of Communication, and Ms. Mazamesso Assih, that of Grassroots Development and Social Economy. Sani Yaya became Deputy Minister to the Minister of Land Management, in charge of Public Works and Infrastructures; Ms Manuella Modoukpè Santos, Minister Delegate to Minister of the Economy, in charge of Investment Promotion, Industry and Economic Sovereignty; Koami Gomado, Deputy Minister to the Minister of Land Use Planning, in charge of Development local; Robert Koffi Messan Eklo, Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Economy, responsible for Energy and Mineral Resources; as ministers delegates.

PR Tchin Darre is appointed Deputy Minister to the Minister of Basic Development and Social Economy and solidarity, in charge of Youth and Sports; Abdul-Fahd Fofana, minister delegate to the Minister of Health; Séna Alipui, minister delegate to of the Minister of Regional Development, in charge of Water and Sanitation.

The other deputy ministers are respectively: Yackoley Kokou Johnson, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Affairs Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, in charge of Cooperation and the Togolese of outside; Kossi Tenou, Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Economy, in charge of Commerce and Quality Control; and Prof. Gado Tchangbedji, Minister delegate to the Minister of National Education, in charge of Education higher education and scientific research.

The Departments of National Defence, Civil Service, Labour, Social Dialogue and Transport are attached to the Presidency of the Council.
