As part of an issue of recovery bonds, the Togolese Treasury received 40 billion FCFA on March 5, 2021. This on the regional financial market is part of the financing mechanism made available to WAMU States.

The agency Umoa-Titres informs that the sum of 40 billion FCFA put up for auction has been covered at 370.96%. Investors who proposed a total amount of 148.385 billion.
The amount was raised through the issuance of two Assimilable Treasury Bonds (OAT) with maturities of 3 and 5 years. Those of 5 years have experienced more enthusiasm with 100 submissions against 27 on the OAT of 3 years.
