The NSIA Group announces the launch of NSIA Asset Management. The subsidiary will be dedicated to management
financial assets issued in WAEMU countries and regulated markets authorized by br Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF).
Approved in 2018 by crepmf as a Management Company for Collective Investment Undertakings in
Securities (UCITS or SGO) on the regional market of the WAMU zone, NSIA Asset Management
will offer mutual funds (mutual funds), adapted to its clients.
An FCP is an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities without legal personality
and allowing several investors to pool their savings. It is an investment solution
for a natural or legal person looking for an alternative to ordinary savings. Investors
thus become co-owners of the FCP while benefiting from the benefits of the stock exchange without taking as much
risk that by holding the securities directly on the financial market.
The NSIA Asset Management offer will be structured around the NSIA Diversified Fund and Aurore Opportunities
both approved by the CREPMF at the end of 2018. These funds will provide security, accessibility, liquidity and profitability to investors. The latter will be able to choose their FCP according to their investment policy and
their own objectives. This is why NSIA AM is committed to guiding its customers according to their profiles,
horizons and expectations.
