BAD rating consolidates reputation international of the institution and confirms its financial solidity, in a context where it is intensifying its efforts to mobilize more resources in favor of development in Africa. This note is also based on the position of Comfortable liquidity from the ADB, which has “high” liquid assets quality” largely covering its cash flow needs. This solidity financial is strengthened by “excellent” access to international markets capital, allowing the bank to raise funds under certain conditions favorable and across a wide range of currencies.
