Moody's Investors Service confirmed the ratings of the UEMOA Regional Mortgage Refinancing Fund (CRRH-UEMOA) on 4 August 2023. The outlook for the issuer changed from stable to negative.

Moody's Investors Service has confirmed the long-term family rating Ba2 (CFR), the long-term issuer rating in local currency Ba2, the long-term issuer rating foreign currency term Ba3, as well as the short-term issuer ratings in local and foreign currencies Not Prime. Moody's to change the entity's outlook from stable to negative reflects the risk posed by CRRH-UEMOA's significant exposure to the system banking and to the operational environment of Niger.
