Fitch confirmed the issuance rating of local currency bonds issued on the date of purchase ; from the exchange of domestic debt to “CCC ”. The downgrade of Ghana's IDR LTLC to “RD” reflects missed payments on certain local currency bonds that have not been offered or that are held by entities that are not eligible to participate in the domestic debt swap.
