The quality management system of the African Solidarity Fund (FSA) complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. The certification was made following the audit conducted by Veritas Certification Holding SAS – UK Branch.
 
In accordance with its mission to fight poverty in its member states, the African Solidarity Fund offers companies wishing to raise funds at the level of banks and financial institutions or on the financial market, several intervention techniques including the guarantee of bank loans, the portfolio guarantee, the guarantee of raising resources, the coverage of import-export operations, the coverage of public contracts and the extension of the duration of loans by granting refinancing advances.
The quality and seriousness in its activities has earned it the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard which is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer orientation, management motivation and commitment, process approach and continuous improvement. This distinction reflects the strengthening of the operational and administrative management of the Fund.
