Zenith Bank Plc announced that it will be hosting the seventh annual edition of its international trade seminar in Lagos this week.

The theme of the seminar will be “Unlocking opportunities in Nigeria's non-oil export business.” The purpose of this seminar is to support the Central Bank of Nigeria's initiatives to develop the country's non-oil export sector. The bank said the seminar would attract the participation of trade practitioners, local and foreign exporters, manufacturers, financial institutions, and government agencies. The statement noted that the export seminar will include speeches and messages of goodwill by eminent personalities, including the founder and president of Zenith Bank Plc, Jim Ovia; Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Godwin Emefiele; Secretary General, African Continental Free Trade Area, Wamkele Mene; and President/President of the African Export-Import Bank, Professor Benedict Okey-Oramah.
