This Thursday, the assessment of the 2020-2021 activities of ARCEP was presented by the president of the National Council for Regulation of Electronic Communications and Post, during a press briefing.

This media event led by Ms. Bety Aïchatou Habibou Oumani aims to inform the public on the annual report of activities of the Authority under the supervision of his ministry. She pointed out that telework, virtual forums, E-commerce, E-education and E-health contribute to the socio-economic development of the country, and this since the advent of COVID-19. She also said that the operators that ARCEP regulated have continued to manage the effects of the pandemic. She did not fail to recall that in the ongoing quest to improve the performance of the electronic communications and postal sectors, the regulatory authority has made recommendations. In view of this assessment, ARCEP wants to improve the quality of services with much more zeal to bring operators to respect the commitments contained in their specifications.
