As part of the effective start of its resource mobilization activities, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations de Côte d'Ivoire (CDC-CI) through its Director General (Dg), Lassina Fofana has undertaken meetings with its partners.

It is therefore with the dual objective of presenting CDC-CI's missions and setting up a consensual and formal framework for collaboration that Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, through its Managing Director, Lassina Fofana, met this Wednesday, July 17, 2019 the Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions of Côte d'Ivoire (APBEF-CI). The bankers assured the CEO of CDC-CI of their commitment and full cooperation.
Discussions focused in particular on CDC-CI's future relations with banks and the impact of the law on their activities. It should be noted that as part of its missions of custody and secure management of public and private funds provided for by law, the CDC-CI is led to collaborate with banking and financial institutions.

Although having the law, the CEO of the CDC-CI in his approach strategy highlights the
complementarity between his institution and banking establishments. In addition, he insisted on the spirit of collaboration and the establishment of a partnership between the CDC-CI and the APBEF-CI which brings together all the banks and financial institutions.
Guy Koizan in his capacity as President of the APBEF-CI, welcomed this initiative and undertook to
contribute to the strengthening of this budding collaboration.
It should be noted that the economic model of the CDC-CI provides for it to be a profitable and sustainable institution carrying out structuring interventions with a significant impact and a strong leverage effect on the national economy.
