Sidi Ould Tah and Serge Ekué show their desire to strengthen cooperation between the BAD and mso-ansi-language:fr; mso-fareast-language:en-us; mso-bidi-language:ar-sa">The BOAD , a strategic alliance to mobilize financing and accelerating the economic transformation of West Africa. According to Sidi Ould Tah, this meeting is part of the program “four cardinal points.” She intends to develop more partnerships working closely with regional development banks in order to mobilize more funding for structuring projects in Africa. The objective is to promote private investments, considered to be the main engine of job creation on the continent, especially for young people and women. The links between the two institutions are also the reflection of a strong personal relationship between their leaders.
