The second day of the Bond issue by Public Call for Savings called "BIDC-EBID 5.90% 2022-2029" was closed with record. The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) and the Consortium composed of IMPAXIS, CORIS Bourse and EDC Investment Corporation announced on 2 June 2022 the early closing of the transaction.

EBID has undertaken to mobilize a total amount of 240 billion FCFA in the WAEMU zone. The press release published at the end of the operation indicates that this early closing marks a new milestone on the Regional Financial Market by allowing a non-sovereign investor to raise, in 48 hours, a record amount of 120 billion CFA francs.
