The WAMU-Securities Agency has published the provisional calendar of public securities issues for the year 2021 and the first quarter of 2021. The overall annual volume to be raised by auction amounts to CFAF 5333 billion in 2021.

In a note for investors, Mr. Adrien Diouf, Director of the WAMU-Securities Agency specifies that the annual program, the overall projected volume of issues in 2021 amounts to 5333 billion FCFA, broken down according to the instruments as follows: - 1,565 billion in Treasury bills and 3768 billion in Treasury bonds.

In the first quarter of 2021, the intentions show a provisional amount of 1,611 billion, including 601 billion in Treasury bills and 1010 billion in Treasury bonds.

This provisional timetable indicates the volume to be mobilised by each of the Member States of the Union, according to the instruments. It is developed in collaboration with the States, on the basis of updates to the programmes drawn from their finance laws and treasury plans.
