InVictus Capital & Finance (ICF) has announced , Monday, February 16, 2026, the opening of a representative office in Abidjan, in Ivory Coast. The company aims to position itself on a significant number of UEMOA capital market transactions.

Invictus Capital & Finance (ICF) is a company Management and intermediation (SGI), based in Dakar, Senegal and managed by Isaac Mbaye. Through the opening of a representative office in Abidjan, It thus strengthens its presence in the Economic and Monetary Union West African (UEMOA).

The aim is to bring society closer to issuers and investors active on the Ivorian market and the regional market organized around the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM). Sa mission is to develop relationships with local businesses, institutional investors and public actors mobilizing the market capital to finance their projects.
