The total value of transactions amounted to 932.712 million CFA francs against 1,746 billion CFA francs FCFA on December 31, 2025.

The market capitalization of the equity market registered a decrease of 48.856 billion, at 13 281.855 billion FCFA against 13 330,711 billion FCFA the day before.

As for the bond market, it remained stable at 11 449,699 billion FCFA.

The leading indexes all ended the day on Friday, January 2, 2026 in the red. The BRVM Composite index thus lost 0.37% to 344.48 points against 345.75 points the day before. As for the BRVM 30 index, it is also in fell by 0.55% to 165.32 points against 166.24 points previously. The situation is even of the BRVM Prestige index, which fell by 0.53% to 143.48 points against 144.25 points the day before.

The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by EVIOSYS Packaging SIEM Côte d'Ivoire shares (plus 7.14% at 750 FCFA), ERIUM Ivory Coast EX Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.33% at 1 680 FCFA), BOA Burkina Faso (plus 5.07% to 3,940 FCFA), Oragroup Togo (plus 3.54% to 2,485 FCFA) and Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.24% at 10 995 FCFA).

The Flop 5 of the largest price declines was occupied respectively by NEI CEDA Côte d'Ivoire shares (minus 7.50% at 1,110 FCFA), SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire Ivory Coast (minus 3.93% at 3,175 FCFA), SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.40% at 1280 FCFA) FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.19% to 1,365 FCFA) and CFAO Côte d'Ivoire Ivory (minus 2.45% at 1 395 FCFA
