Bloomfield Investment Corporation's stock market analysis report indicates that the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) ended the week of February 1 to 5, 2021 higher. The market capitalization of the equity market stood at 4,091 billion CFA francs for the week of February 1 to 5, 2021.

The pan-African rating agency specializing in credit risk assessment, based in Abidjan, announces that the BRVM  posted 115.69 points for the BRVM 10 index (+1.67%) and 136.15 points for the BRVM Composite index (+1.74%).
The market capitalization of the equity market stands at 4,091 billion CFA francs. Transactions in equity market value amounted to CFAF 4,611 million, driven mainly by the "Public Services" (75%) and "Finance" (23%) sectors.
Over the same period, bank of africa mali shares made the largest increase in the market with a gain of 23.75%, while VIVO ENERGY CI shares posted the largest decline with a fall of 6.98%.
Bloomfield Investment notes that the price of crude oil rose 9.45% while the price of gold ended the week down 1.72%.
