On November 22, the Congolese-Malian businessman, Oumar Diawara received a seizure order pursuant to the decision rendered by the ECOWAS judicial body. The seizure in Malian land was executed through the advice of the businessman.

An Airbus from Air Côte d'Ivoire was seized on November 22, 2021 on the tarmac at Bamako airport. This is a precautionary seizure operated by the Congolese-Malian businessman Oumar Diawara in the dispute opposing him to BNI Gestion and for which he won his case before the ECOWAS Court of Justice based in Abuja. It should be noted that Me Yvon Ibouanga, one of the members of the group of lawyers of the businessman in question had planned that they were going to move on to the phase of seizure of assets and property of Côte d'Ivoire abroad in case where Abidjan ignores the decision rendered by the body common to the 15 member countries of ECOWAS.
